These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the NTC33 online gaming platform ("Platform"), operated by NTC33 ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), accessible at ntc33.cam. The Platform provides online casino gaming, sports betting, live dealer tables, and related entertainment services.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "Account Holder") and NTC33. By accessing the Platform, creating a registered account, making deposit, or participating in any game or promotional activity, you confirm that you have read, understood, and irevocably agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease use of the Platform and close your account. Continued use of the Platform following any update to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised version.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Account" means the registered user account created by a Player upon successful completion of the registration process.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bets, or bonus amounts credited to an Account that are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal.
• "Company" or "NTC33" refers to the operator of the Platform at ntc33.cam.
• "Deposit" means any transfer of real money funds by a Player into their Account for the purpose of wagering.
• "Game" refers to any online casino game, slot, live dealer session, table game, crash game, or other wagering product available on the Platform.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) means the identity verification process required to confirm a Player's identity, age, and payment method ownership.

• "Player" or "User" means any individual who accesses the Platform, whether or not they hold a registered Account.
• "Real Money Funds" means actual currency (denominated in Malaysian Ringgit / MYR) deposited into an Account, excluding Bonus Funds.
• "Wagering Requirement" (also referred to as "Rollover") means the number of times Bonus Funds must be wagered before they become eligible for withdrawal.
• "Withdrawal" means the transfer of eligible funds from an Account to the Player's designated payment method.

By completing the registration process, ticking any acceptance checkbox presented during registration, making a deposit, or participating in any Game or promotion, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 21 years of age;
• You are accessing the Platform in a personal capacity and not on behalf of any third party;
• You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction;
• You have read and understood these Terms, the Privacy Policy, and the Responsible Gambling Policy in full;
• Participation in online gambling is not prohibited by any law applicable to you in your jurisdiction of residence.

These Terms are available in English and shall be interpreted in English the event of any dispute regarding their meaning or application.

To be eligible to hold an Account with NTC33, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Platform:

• You are aged 21 or above;
• You are a natural person (corporate accounts are not permitted);
• You are not a current or former employee, contractor, director, or officer of NTC33 or any of its affiliated entities, nor an immediate family member of such a person;
• You have not previously had an Account closed or suspended by NTC33 for breach of these Terms;
• You are not subject to a self-exclusion order or active cooling-off period on this Platform;
• You are accessing the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only and not in a professional gambling capacity that would give you a systematic advantage.

NTC33 reserves the right to request documentary evidence to verify your eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable period as specified by NTC33 may result in account restrictions or closure.

Each Player may hold only one (1) registered Account with NTC33. The creation of duplicate, secondary, or multiple accounts by the same individual ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

During the registration process, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, country of residence, email address, and contact number. You undertake to update your account information promptly if any details change.

5.1 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account username and password. NTC33 will never request your password via live chat, email, or any other communication channel. You agree to:

• Select a strong, unique password for your NTC33 Account and not reuse it on other platforms;
• Log out of your Account after each session, particularly when using shared or public devices;
• Notify NTC33 support immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your Account;
• Not share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances.

NTC33 shall not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised account access where such access resulted from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.

NTC33 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification programme consistent with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) and responsible gambling obligations. NTC33 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any point during a Player's relationship with the Platform, including but not limited to:

• A copy of a valid government-issued photo identification document (e.g., Malaysian MyKad, passport);
• Proof of residential address dated within the last three months (e.g., utility bill, bank statement);
• Proof of ownership of payment methods used to deposit to the Account;
• Source of funds documentation where deposits exceed certain thresholds.

Withdrawal requests may be held pending completion of KYC verification. NTC33 shall process KYC submissions within a reasonable time period and will communicate with Players via their registered email address regarding the status of their verification.

NTC33 supports a range of Malaysian payment methods for depositing funds into your Account, including Touch'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank, CIMB Bank, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, RHB Bank, Visa, Mastercard, and USDT TRC20. The availability of specific payment methods may change from time to time without prior notice.

7.1 Deposit Conditions

• All deposits must be made from payment accounts and instruments registered solely in your name. Deposits from third-party payment sources are prohibited.
• The minimum deposit amount is MYR 50unless otherwise stated for a specific payment method or promotional offer.
• NTC33 does not charge fees on standard deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.
• Deposits made in currencies other than Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) will be subject to conversion at the prevailing rate at the time of processing.
• NTC33 reserves the right to decline or reverse any deposit at its discretion, particularly where fraud, money laundering, or misuse is suspected.

7.2 Processing Times

E-wallet deposits (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay) are typically credited to your Account instantly or within a few minutes. Bank transfers via DuitNow and FPX typically process within 5–10 minutes. Cryptocurrency deposits via USDT TRC20 are subject to blockchain confirmation and may take 15–30 minutes. All stated processing times are indicative only and may vary.

Players may submit withdrawal requests for Real Money Funds held in their Account subject to the conditions set out in this clause. Bonus Funds that have not completed the applicable wagering requirement are not eligible for withdrawal.

8.1 Withdrawal Conditions

• Withdrawals may only be made to payment methods that have been verified as belonging to the Account holder.
• Where a Player has made a deposit via a specific method, the first withdrawal must be directed to the same method up to the value of the deposit, in accordance with standard AML practice.
• NTC33 reserves the right to conduct additional identity or source-of-funds verification prior to processing withdrawal requests, particularly for large amounts.
• Withdrawal requests may be declined or placed on hold if the Account is under investigation for suspected fraud, bonus abuse, or breach of these Terms.

8.2 Processing Times

NTC33 aims to process withdrawal requests within the following indicative timeframes: e-wallet withdrawals (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay) within 5 minutes; DuitNow / FPX transfers within 5–15 minutes; direct bank wire transfers within 15–60 minutes. These timeframes are targets, not guarantees, and may be affected by third-party payment processing delays or security review requirements.

NTC33 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible Players from time to time. The general conditions set out in this clause apply to all bonuses unless the specific promotion's terms state otherwise. In the event of a conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion's terms shall prevail.

• Wagering Requirement: All bonus funds are subject to a wagering (rollover) requirement before they may be withdrawn. The specific multiplier applicable to each bonus is stated in the promotion details at the point of claim.
• Maximum Bet During Bonus Play: While Bonus Funds remain active in an Account, the maximum permitted single bet or wager is typically MYR 50, unless otherwise specified. Bets exceeding this threshold during a bonus period may result in the forfeiture of the Bonus Funds and any associated winings.
• Game Contribution Rates: Not all games contribute equally toward satisfying a wagering requirement. Slot games typically contribute 100% of each bet placed. Live casino games, table games, and sports betting may contribute at lower rate (commonly 10%–20%). Specific contribution rates are stated in individual promotion terms.
• Bonus Expiry: Bonuses that have not been fully wagered within the stated expiry period (typically 7, 14, or 30 calendar days from the date of credit) will be removed from the Account along with any associated winnings.
• Maximum Cash-Out: Certain bonuses impose a cap on the amount that may be withdrawn from bonus-derived winings. This cap, where applicable, is stated in the specific promotion terms.
• One Bonus Per Player: Players may only hold one active bonus at a time unless expressly permitted by the specific promotion terms. Claiming multiple concurrent bonuses without authorisation constitutes bonus abuse.
• NTC33 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotional offer at any time without prior notice, and to disqualify any Player from a promotion where there is reasonable evidence of abuse or manipulation.

All games available on the NTC33 Platform are operated using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems, which have been independently tested to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages represent theoretical averages calculated over a statistically significant number of game rounds and do not guarantee individual session outcomes.

Players acknowledge and accept that:

• The outcome of all games is determined by certified RNG technology and is not influenced by NTC33 or any third party;
• Past game outcomes do not influence future outcomes;
• Gambling involves inherent financial risk and there is no strategy that guarantees a profit;
• In the event of a technical malfunction or system error during a game round, NTC33 reserves the right to void the affected wager and return the staked amount to the Player's Account balance;
• Game results displayed on the Platform are final unless demonstrably caused by a documented technical error.

Individual game rules are displayed within each game interface. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with game-specific rules before placing wagers.

The following conditions apply to all sports betting activity on the NTC33 Platform, including markets covering EPL (English Premier League), Liga Super Malaysia, UEFA Champions League, UFC, Formula 1, eSports, and all other sports events offered from time to time.

• Bet Acceptance: All bets are accepted subject to NTC33's discretion. NTC33 reserves the right to limit bet sizes, refuse bets, or void bets placed on markets identified as subject to pricing errors or suspicious activity.
• Odds Changes: Odds are subject to change up to the moment of bet confirmation. The odds at the time of confirmation are the binding odds for the wager, regardless of subsequent market movements.
• Event Cancellation: If an event is cancelled, postponed, or abandoned before the minimum playing time required under the relevant sports rules, bets will generally be void and stakes returned unless otherwise specified in the sport-specific rules.
• In-Play Betting: In-play (live) bets are accepted subject to available markets and liquidity at the time of placement. Due to the real-time nature of in-play betting, delays in data feed transmission may occasionally result in bet rejection.
• Maximum Winings: NTC33 applies maximum payout limits per event and per day. These limits are available from our support team on request.
• Integrity: Any bet placed on an event in which the Player has a direct personal interest (e.g., a Player who is a participant in the event) is prohibited and will be voided.

The following activities are expressly prohibited on the NTC33 Platform:

• Multi-Accounting: Creating, operating, or benefitting from more than one Account on the Platform;
• Fraudulent Activity: Using stolen, fraudulently obtained, or unauthorised payment methods; chargebacks initiated in bad faith;
• Bonus Abuse: Systematically exploiting bonus offers, wagering requirement lopholes, or promotional structures in a manner inconsistent with genuine recreational gambling;
• Collusion: Cooperating with other Players in games or betting markets in a manner designed to gain an unfair advantage or to manipulate game outcomes;
• Use of Automated Systems: Employing bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated system to interact with the Platform without express written consent from NTC33;
• Arbitrage and Advantage Play: Exploiting pricing errors, delay feeds, or technical vulnerabilities for systematic profit;
• Money Laundering: Using the Platform as a vehicle for laundering proceeds of criminal activity. NTC33 is obligated to report suspicious activity to relevant authorities;
• Misrepresentation: Providing false personal information, submitting forged documents, or impersonating another individual.

NTC33 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Suspicion of fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity;
• Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe;
• Chargebacks or payment disputes initiated against NTC33;
• At the Player's own request (voluntary closure);
• Compliance with applicable legal or regulatory requirements.

Upon account closure, Real Money Funds remaining in the Account (after deduction of any Bonus Funds and any amounts subject to investigation) will be returned to the Player via their verified payment method, subject to the completion of any outstanding KYC requirements. Where an account is closed due to a material breach of these Terms, NTC33 reserves the right to withold funds pending investigation and to recover any amountsowed.

Players who wish to close their Account voluntarily should contact our 24/7 live support team. Account closures requested in connection with a gambling problem will be processed immediately under our Responsible Gambling Policy, and re-registration will be subject to a mandatory cooling-off period.

NTC33 is committed to promoting responsible gambling among all Players. We provide the following player protection tools, which are accessible through your Account settings or by contacting our support team:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the total amount deposited into your Account;
• Loss Limits: Set limits on the maximum net loss permitted within a defined period;
• Wagering Limits: Set limits on total betting activity within a defined period;
• Session Time Limits: Set a maximum continuous play session duration after which you will be automatically logged out;
• Reality Checks: Enable periodic on-screen reminders of time spent playing during each session;
• Cooling-Off Period: Request a temporary account restriction of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days;
• Self-Exclusion: Request a longer-term or permanent account exclusion. Self-exclusion requests are processed immediately and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

All content on the NTC33 Platform, including but not limited to the NTC33 name and logo, website design, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, and promotional materials, is the exclusive intellectual property of NTC33 or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal recreational purposes only. This licence does not permit:

• Copying, reproducing, or distributing any Platform content without express written authorisation;
• Reverse-engineering, decompiling, or attempting to extract source code from any software component of the Platform;
• Using the NTC33 brand name, logo, or trademarks in any manner without prior written consent.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, NTC33 shall not be liable to any Player for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising from the use of or inability to access the Platform;
• Technical interruptions, server outages, or data loss beyond NTC33's reasonable control;
• Losses arising from unauthorised access to a Player's Account resulting from the Player's failure to maintain account security;
• Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from these Terms or the use of the Platform;
• The conduct of third-party game providers, payment processors, or other service providers.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit NTC33's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

NTC33 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via the email address on record or by means of a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect.

The date of the most recent revision is stated at the top of this document. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must cease use of the Platform and request account closure.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which NTC33 is licensed to operate. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in the applicable territory.

Where a Player is based in Malaysia, NTC33 acknowledges the consumer protection provisions applicable under Malaysian law and undertakes to handle all complaints fairly and transparently. Players who wish to escalate an unresolved complaint may do so through the dispute resolution mechanism available via our support team.
